Many of our new studio franchisees are Independent Owner/Franchisees and enter the Arthur Murray International System through buying an existing studio(s) from a current Owner/Franchisee. The purchase price of an existing studio varies and is dependent upon a number of factors, including sales volume, profitability, occupancy costs, reinvestment or improvement needs, competition and location.
Upon your successful completion of our world-class Owner/Franchisee training program, an Arthur Murray Franchising Executive will discuss and present available studio opportunities to you. In most cases, you will be dealing directly with the existing Owner/Franchisee to secure the best franchise opportunity.
Arthur Murray International provides potential franchise buyers with all the need support to assist you in the evaluation and acquisition of the studio. Again, you will negotiate directly with the selling Owner/Franchisee. Prior to any transfer, Arthur Murray International must approve the transfer of the franchise from the buyer to the seller.
